4.. 要烤之前,将肉放在已铺好锡纸的烤盘上
5. 在烤的期间,不停翻面和涂上腌汁。
6. 以 200度 烤30-40分钟至肉熟。
7. 最后涂上少许的蜜糖,烤至上色即可移出烤箱。</div>

材料:<br />
5花肉 600g<br />
大葱 1个( 打碎),<br />
腐竹皮 1张(剪成8片)<br />

调味料:<br />
5香粉 1大匙, 糖 1茶匙, 盐 1 1/2小匙, 胡椒粉适量, 少许麻油,<br />
3汤匙 栗米粉, 3汤匙 沙谷粉,鸡蛋1个<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
1.将5花肉切成细条肉,把调味料加入肉里拌匀腌至2个小时.<br />
2.把腐竹皮摊开,将肉馅放在上腐竹皮上,紧紧卷起来,压一压尾端.<br />

鸡胸肉2块<br />
面粉半杯太白粉半杯混合均匀侍用。<br />
<br />
(太白粉适量加适量的水拌匀待用)<br />
<br />
1。调味:太白粉1汤匙,白米酒1汤匙,盐半茶匙。(腌鸡肉的)<br />
<br />
2。调味:胡椒粉少许,浓缩橙汁5汤匙,酸梅酱1汤匙,糖1汤匙,盐少许。<br />
(全部调味2倒入小碗加8分满的水,拌匀待用)<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
鸡胸肉切成条,放入调味1腌1小时。<br />
拿出腌好的鸡胸肉沾上混合的面粉和太白粉拌均匀。<br />
然后放入锅炸金黄色捞出待用。<br />
<br />
少许油小火爆香蒜头碎,把调味2倒入锅内煮起泡,放入适量的太白粉水勾芡。<br />
再倒入鸡胸肉转大火翻炒收汁<br />
