【传统芋泥】

材料:
芋头          1颗(大概200克)
食油          2大匙(喜好比较油的,可自行调整)
糖              100克(甜度自行调整)
**喜好白果,可自行加入**

做法:
将芋头去皮,切薄片,以大火蒸15分钟
将蒸好的芋头片压成泥,备用
起锅热油, 加入芋头泥和糖
以小火煮至糖溶解(需不停搅拌)
